Plan Goals 2018-22
(Adopted from the Proposals of Synod 2017)

(Goal 1) SMALL CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES IN EVERY PARISH

Resolution Statement :
We shall build strong faith forming communities by making SCCs mandatory in all parishes.
a) Shall instruct the Parish Pastoral Councils to form secs in all parishes not having cells.
b) Shall create a common template for the parishes to follow and put a handholding system in place to enable all Cells to grow and be sustainable.

Important because:
SCCs will make the families wanted as a community - a participatory Church. It will build Christian fellowship of all the baptised, like in the early Church. The Cell will be in touch with the Parish Priest, being the ecclesiastical head in the Parish, and apprise him of the problems/difficulties faced by the families, and propose solutions.
