C. SOME SUGGESTED GUIDELINES
1. Guidelines for Participants (Parish Representatives/Coordinators- PR) – [Point B. 4 above] The inputs from PRs are in two parts:
Part-I This input should inspire & provide ideas for other groups/Units by giving presentation along these suggested lines;

a) How have the parish units been able to function through this period –
i. Highlight a testimony of experiencing spiritual support and growth
ii. Have members felt a spirit of fraternity (staying connected)?
iii. Any new/innovative ways/method of ‘spontaneous prayers’?

b)
How and what temporal, material support was provided to the needy among both – members of the group, and to other people-in-need in the parish?
i. Highlight how Parish Priests, other action groups & parishioner were involved.
ii. Is it easier and more satisfying to do this work as a part of SCC members OR is it better to provide this help/support as an individual?

Part-II This input should reflect the resolve/determination to work towards growth and expansion of SCC in the Archdiocese...in spite of all challenges.

i. What is the present strength of SCC Units in the Parish – How many Units and total number of members?
ii. How many Units have been active online or physical?
iii. How many ‘old’ or defunct Units are there in the?
iv. How many Units need to formed to cover 50% families in the Parish?
v. How many Units (new) can you form in the Parish in the next one year?
vi. Give 2 or 3 kinds of help/support you need from the Diocese to do this work effectively?
